Loren Snow
Chief Executive Officer & Lead Trainer
I run Neurodiverse Training and manage most of our projects. I'm also an Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Lead Trainer and support Mencap, The National Autistic Society, NDTi, The Diversity Trust and others as an associate trainer.
My background spans over a decade of working in the Neurodiversity sector. I've worked for the NHS supporting crisis prevention, diagnostic services, and training. In family support services delivering post-diagnostic classes and on the phone to tens of thousands of parents and carers. And in coordinating cross country and national projects for the NHS and local authorities.

Harriet Darley
Training Coordinator
It’s my job to organise, manage, and facilitate our training programs. This means I spend my time doing all sorts, from supporting our trainers to enquiries, but also more creative tasks like making new training materials!
My working background is in training and management, I also used to work as a personal assistant.
Outside of Neurodiverse Training I study a psychology degree part time, run a community social group for AuDHD women, and spend time with my cat Oaty (whom I adore).
Gina Bruni
Administration & Support
I'm the glue that keeps everything together - I manage the bulk of our emails (so it'll usually be me responding to you), support with data entry, resource creation, events, certification, and all day-to-day admin so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Kathryn Clark
Social Media & Content
I’m Kate and I studied English Literature at University and have an MA in Writing for Young People. I have worked as a tour guide, bookseller and a freelance writer and now a trainer!
After my own journey with ADHD & neurodiversity, I have developed a passion for identifying good resources, support and information on all things neurodiversity and want to help others navigate their own experiences with my knowledge.
Richard Trigg
Oliver McGowan Co-trainer
I help to facilitate training sessions using my personal experience of neurodiversity as a tool to help participants connect with the material. I also help out with administrative support so very occasionally you may receive an email from me.
I'm also one of our Experts by Experience on The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.
Outside of my work with NDT I spend my time organising cultural and political education events in my home city, Bristol. I also enjoy hanging with friends, live music and tabletop gaming.
Chris Memmott
Trainer
I am one of our Experts by Experience, helping to deliver our training and also assisting with behind the scenes work like admin and writing.
I have a passion for sensory work and view it as a cornerstone of autism care. If we ever meet be careful about asking me about it, because I will download on the subject!
I have taught thousands of NHS staff, parents and individuals, basically anyone who can't outrun me.
I also do sensory evaluations of care facilities and have worked as a 1-2-1 peer supporter and TA in an autism specific school.
Izzy Pochin
Trainer
I am an award-winning diversity, equity and inclusion specialist with over a decade of experience advocating for marginalized groups. I excel in designing and delivering training programs that promote accessibility and inclusivity. My strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills enable me to influence and lead effectively at all levels.
As an Oliver McGowan Autism Co-Trainer, I bring lived experience to enhance understanding and empathy in training sessions. Known for my efficiency, drive, and collaborative spirit, I am dedicated to achieving results and creating a values-driven approach where we can achieve far more together than alone.
In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, cooking and being by the seaside.
Hannah Walker
Oliver McGowan Co-trainer
I am autistic, have ADHD and a mother to neurodivergent children. As an approved Oliver McGowan Trainer, I use my 'expert by experience' knowledge and voice to advocate and educate for a kinder more inclusive future.
Outside of training, I run my wedding photography business and write poetry. My proudest moment last year was launching Somerset Libraries’ new ‘Neurodiversity Book Collection’ as a guest speaker, reading poems from my book, including a Q&A with attendees about autism. Writing poetry and prose brings me joy as well as the numerous art and craft projects I have on the go. Art helps me regulate whether that’s making it, or admiring it in galleries.
Jade Page
Trainer
I am mum to two neurodivergent boys aged 9 & 11. I have been involved in SEN Parent support since 2018 and have been delivering autism training sessions since 2021. I use my lived experience to support others. I also run The Autism Page website which has a focus on understanding autism in young children and communication differences.
April Iles
Trainer
My background is in education (I was a SEND teacher in an SEMH school for 16 years).
I now work as a Wrap-Around-Coordinator supporting parents/carers of autistic individuals and as a trainer.
I am AuDHD and have two autistic children. I’m passionate about supporting parents and carers to enable them to feel less isolated and to better understand and support their autistic children.
I have a labradoodle called Otis and love walking him in the woods.
Beth Bamfield
Trainer
I co-facilitate and deliver training using my lived experience to provide insight that helps build compassion within delegates, whether that's for themselves, or the people around them.
Before my AuDHD diagnosis, I was a full-time Bid Writer within the corporate worlds of infrastructure/construction and health and social care. 2 years later and I’ve shaped a self-employed career that enables me to support myself and people like me.
I still provide bid writing and consultancy freelance, but also work as a consultant for all things neurodivergent, delivering training, giving talks, advising on how to make environments/processes/content more neurodivergent-friendly, and providing 1:1 support for Autistic and ADHD university students as a Specialist Mentor.
